BEGINNERS COURSE - BALLROOM & LATIN
Beginners Course runs in blocks of four weeks. It has been designed to give you a taste of five or more different dances and get you moving quickly. You may choose to attend one or both classes each week, Ballroom & Latin Mix (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Swing) or/and Latin Mix (Cha Cha, Samba, Mambo, Merengue, Salsa).
Monday 6-7pm: Ballroom & Latin
Wednesday 6-7pm: Latin
BALLROOM & LATIN MIX - 12 Week Course
Intermediate to Advanced
This course is an excellent choice for those who wish to learn a variety of Ballroom and Latin dances like Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba and Swing. After completing this course, you will be able to dance with confidence at any social event and with any dance partner.
LATIN WEDNESDAYS - Intermediate
If your heart beats faster to the rhythms of Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Cha Cha and Mambo, this is the class for you! Latin dances are all about seduction, sexy moves and feeling the heat. They are great for improving coordination and fitness level while having heaps of fun! No matter where you find yourself, here in Brisbane or in another city somewhere in the world, there are always crazy latin dance parties around that you can go to and have some fun dancing. Latin dance comunity is vibrant and friendly which makes it easy to meet new people who share same passion for dance.
You can attend this class on a casual or more regular bases as it is not a part of a course.
DANCE FITNESS CLASSES
This is a fitness class based on Ballroom and Latin dance moves and music. If you love dancing and music, if you wish to improve your fitness level, endurance and coordination without focusing on detailed dance technique, this is THE CLASS FOR YOU! Suitable for any fitness level. It's all about having fun!
