Foxtrot

Known for its gliding steps and natural, relaxed style, the Foxtrot allows dancers to travel across the floor with grace and sophistication. Tango

Tango is an intense and dramatic ballroom dance known for its sharp movements, dramatic pauses, and close connection between partners. Viennese Waltz

Unlike the slower, more graceful standard Waltz, the Viennese Waltz features rapid turns and continuous spinning around the dance floor, creating a whirlwind effect. Quickstep

Quickstep is a lively and fast-paced ballroom dance that combines elements of the foxtrot and the Charleston, characterized by its brisk footwork and upbeat rhythm. Danced to a 4/4 time signature, the Quickstep features rapid steps, jumps, and hops, with smooth gliding movements and quick changes in direction. East Coast Swing

Rumba

Mambo

Merengue

Salsa
