Bronze Intermediate: Monday 7-8:15pm
Bronze Advanced: Monday 8:15-9:30pm
Silver Open: Tuesday 7-8:30pm
Dance Fitness Classes
Dance Fitness Classes are based on Latin & Ballroom moves and music. Suitable for any fitness level as it can be easily adjusted to suit individual fitness level. This class will improve your coordination, balance and flexibility.
It is lots of fun and a perfect way to finish your day with a "happy hour"!
